New Intake 2021:

We would like to welcome our new intake students, their parents and carers to Dover Christ Church Academy.

Introduction:

We know that the transfer to secondary education is an exciting time, but also recognise the apprehension that you might feel. We want to do all that we can to answer your questions, allay your fears and ensure that you feel confident and prepared for the year ahead. Traditionally, we would offer a variety of transition activities at Dover Christ Church Academy, but the coronavirus has required us to take a different approach. We have created an exciting programme that we hope mean the quality of the transition process is still high and beneficial for all.

Mr Maclean and the Senior Team ran a welcome event on the 26th and 28th April to welcome our new parents and introduce them to DCCA. Whilst this would normally be an event to introduce and welcome key personal in the Academy we had to do this virtually via a TEAMS live event. Thank you to all those parents that joined us
